How do we verify changes?
Primary-source changes are automatic: anything Anthropic files with the SEC publishes straight through from EDGAR. Media-sourced changes are queued instead of published, and a human reviews them against the original source at 08:30 CEST. Once approved, the entry is stamped with the reviewer and the review time, and both states are visible in the log below.
