Not publicly: Anthropic confirmed a confidential draft registration statement submitted to the SEC on 1 June 2026, and no public S-1 appears on EDGAR.
A confidential draft is reviewed by the SEC without being published, so nothing in it is available to you and none of it is on EDGAR; the company may confirm the submission exists, as Anthropic has, but no figure inside it is public. A public filing is the opposite: the full document lands on EDGAR, readable by anyone, and it must happen at least 15 days before a roadshow — which is why this page exists.
What will the S-1 reveal?
A public S-1 resolves in one document almost everything this site currently has to render as unknown: audited financials (valuation page), exact ownership stakes (cap table), ticker, exchange and shares outstanding (stock page), and the company's own risk factors.
- Audited financials — recognised revenue rather than run-rate, gross margin, operating loss or profit, and cash, three years of it, quarterly. That replaces the run-rate figure on the valuation page, where audited revenue currently renders as unknown.
- Exact ownership stakes — the principal stockholders table, every holder above 5 percent, which finally sizes Amazon's position and replaces the unknown on the cap table.
- Ticker and exchange, plus total shares outstanding and share classes — the two unknowns on the stock page. Share count is what turns a valuation into a price per share.
- Risk factors: the company's own account of what could go wrong, including compute commitments, customer concentration and related-party dependence on its strategic investors.
When was EDGAR last checked?
EDGAR is checked every five minutes around the clock, and the exact timestamp of the last successful check is shown in the status banner at the top of this page.

The poller queries EDGAR full-text and company search on a fixed five-minute schedule and writes any match on S-1, S-1/A, 424B4 or 8-A12B straight through — primary sources publish without human review. Only filings where Anthropic is the filer count; a filing that merely mentions Anthropic is discarded, which is enforced by an assertion in the poller and a regression test.
